Vacation Package Booking Terms

All vacation package reservations are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been completed, the reservation cannot be canceled, refunded, transferred to different travel dates, or exchanged for another package. No date changes are permitted after payment. Guests are responsible for reviewing the selected resort, room category, occupancy, check-in date, check-out date, and package details before completing their purchase.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

After payment, Travel Mexico Club will send an order confirmation confirming that the selected room category and travel dates have been secured. The purchaser must provide the complete legal names of all guests exactly as they appear on their government-issued identification. The final reservation confirmation will be delivered by email within a maximum of 48 hours after payment, provided that all required guest names have been submitted. If guest information is incomplete or delayed, issuance of the final confirmation may also be delayed. The reservation remains subject to the occupancy limits and check-in requirements established by the resort.

INTERMEDIARY DISCLOSURE

Travel Mexico Club acts as an independent booking and marketing intermediary between the vacation ownership holder (Owner) and the purchasing guest. Travel Mexico Club is not the owner, operator, or manager of the resort and does not control resort operations, room assignments, amenities, maintenance, service interruptions, or policies established by the resort. Travel Mexico Club facilitates the transaction, secures the selected owner-provided inventory, processes the reservation request, and coordinates delivery of the final reservation confirmation. Proceeds from the reservation are remitted to the corresponding Owner, subject to the applicable commercial agreement. The reservation covers the room category and travel dates displayed at the time of purchase. The specific unit number, floor, view, bedding arrangement, and location within the resort remain subject to the resort’s final assignment unless expressly stated in the written confirmation.

TAXES AND RESORT CHARGES

The taxes collected through this website consist only of applicable Value Added Tax (IVA). Additional charges may be collected directly by the resort at check-in, including resort fees, environmental or destination fees, security deposits, incidental holds, or other mandatory charges imposed by the property or local authorities. Unless expressly shown during checkout, these resort-level charges are not included in the amount paid to Travel Mexico Club.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

The reservation includes accommodation only for the resort, room category, and travel dates selected at checkout. Unless expressly stated in the written confirmation, the package does not include airfare, airport transportation, meals or beverages, activities or excursions, spa services, gratuities, resort fees or incidental charges, travel insurance, or an all-inclusive meal plan.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PLAN

The all-inclusive plan is not included in the vacation package. If available, an all-inclusive plan must be requested and purchased directly from the resort. Availability, eligibility, inclusions, and pricing are determined exclusively by the resort.
